Our Healthy Eating and Bush Lifestyle program offers a unique approach to improving health and well-being. Through engaging in native foods and bush photo foraging (taking photos to leave the plants in their natural environment), participants will learn how to use food as medicine and how to develop a healthier lifestyle. This program provides an opportunity to learn about the nutritional benefits of native and bush foods and how to incorporate them into healthy eating plans.
